Push the clicker, enter the code, or flash your lights for
entry -- the Forza Garage has returned! Each week, we’ll be putting a
spotlight on the cars that you’ll be driving in this year’s biggest
racing game, Forza Horizon. These rides are ready to roll you into the Horizon Festival in
style, take on the upgrades you see fit, wear your custom liveries and, most
importantly, become yours. Every Wednesday until Forza Horizon is released starting on
October 23, the Forza Garage will be revealing new cars and recapping what
rides have been announced thus far.
For today we have a sweet mix of American muscle, JDM
quickness, and ultimate European luxury performance.
2012 Mercedes-Benz S
65 AMG
Kicking things off this week is a brand new car to the Forza
universe – the 2012 Mercedes-Benz S 65 AMG. This full-size luxury rocketship
has more horsepower than any AMG model, ever. Technology and craftsmanship meet
in an exquisite platform that provides unmatched handling, power, and control in
a lavish four-door sedan. Rolling on 20-inch rims from the factory, this Benz just
oozes street cred, while still representing its upper-class heritage.
2002 Honda Integra
Type-R
The Integra Type-R is more than just a piece of JDM engineering with a
coffee can welded on the tailpipe. This is the Type-R, conceived from
the chassis up to be lighter, faster, and more agile than its standard
production model cousin. A stratospheric redline and plenty of
flourishes underline its special status; the Type-R is built to keep
pace with practically any V8.
2012 Dodge Charger
SRT8
With the Charger SRT8, Dodge's SRT division delivers the kind of
performance that compares favorably to European luxury sports cars.
There is enough Hemi-powered juice to smoke the tires all day and wag
your tail around any corner, all while toting up to four passengers. The
Charger SRT8 is much more than a family car however: it's a four-door
hot rod.
Below you’ll find the cars we have already announced in the
past seven days on our official Twitter
and Facebook pages. Each
day from now until Forza Horizon’s launch, we’ll be announcing new cars and
giving away a daily prize to one random winner who retweets our daily car
announcements. Want a chance at winning? Make sure you follow us on Twitter and
check out the full rules here.
1964 Aston Martin DB5
If you think you are James Bond then the DB5 will serve you bloody
well. Even though it does not come equipped with machine guns, smoke
screens or an ejector seat, the DB5's form, function, and raw charisma
makes it a true classic. Fire this iconic idol up and revel in the
burble of the English inline six, before you let it fly. Just please
return it in one piece.
1970 Ford Mustang
Boss 429
The Boss 429 is for big boys and doesn't need anyone’s approval to
knock you back in your seat. It's a rarity among Mustangs and is the
most powerful Stang of the era. No matter what you are competing against
the Boss 429 has the juice to lay rubber all the way to the finish
line.
1985 Ford RS200
Evolution
Unlocking the power of this Group B homologation model requires
attention to throttle modulation and choosing the right line. Beyond
that the RS200 Evolution will do the rest with its high tech all-wheel
drive system and cagey, tenacious grip. Its marked race history and
uncommon looks make a bold statement.
2000 Nissan Silvia
Spec-R
Driving this JDM masterpiece can be a transformative experience – in
the real world or in Forza Horizon. With enough power to conquer any
road in Horizon’s Colorado and the kind of sleek lines normally reserved
for chorus line girls, the Silvia turns heads wherever it goes.
2009 Lotus 2-Eleven
An extreme car by any standard, the Lotus 2-Eleven is not even street
legal in the United States. In in the world of Forza Horizon, however,
you can rail this ultimate track car on the highway, in town, or show up
to race with something that is built for the sole purpose of going
fast. There aren’t many amenities to make it comfortable but there are
plenty to ensure you will be leading the pack.
2010 Ford Focus RS500
In its matte black “foil” paint the Focus RS500 stands out in a crowd
and it should because only 500 were produced. Individually numbered and
nearly impossible to acquire, the RS500 will get you the attention you
seek. With looks like no other production vehicle, the RS500 will follow
the rest of the Fords to don the rare "RS" moniker as a legend in its
class.
2012 Mercedes-Benz
C63 AMG Black Series
When the top-of-the-line Mercedes coupe is not enough, you get the
AMG. Iif the AMG is not enough then you have the Black Series. All the
AMG, plus the motor from the SLS AMG supercar, as well as handling and
aerodynamics to make it pliable. It simply does not get any better than
this.
2012 Ultima GTR
Nothing short of a street legal track car, the Ultima GTR is a
sock-knocking kick in the rear to drive. Don’t kid yourself when you
suit up in this super kit car, it has potential that should only be
unlocked by those willing to commit to its potential. You don’t just hop
in a car like this and expect results, you temper your response and
slowly but surely unveil its capabilities as your skills unfold behind
the wheel.
오호 s클래스까지 나오네요 ㅋㅋㅋ
